Funding & iSFP bonus — how the roadmap adds value to your measures
The iSFP is not just a consulting tool — it is also a funding lever. If you produce the iSFP before the first single measure, you can claim the so-called iSFP bonus: federal programmes top up the grant for subsequent measures if they are included in your iSFP.
What is the iSFP bonus?
The iSFP bonus is an additional grant within the Federal Funding for Efficient Buildings (BEG — Bundesförderung für effiziente Gebäude). It is added to the standard funding rate for single measures — provided the measure is included in the iSFP and implemented in the planned sequence. The state thereby rewards planned, considered retrofits over isolated decisions.
The exact bonus rate is set by the applicable funding directive. Since the rules change regularly, we review the current state of play in the initial consultation.
Which programmes apply?
The Federal Funding for Efficient Buildings (BEG) bundles grants and loans for retrofits. Depending on the measure, it is handled via BAFA (single measures — heating, insulation, windows) or KfW (full renovation to an efficiency-house level). On top, there are regional programmes in Bavaria and sometimes municipal funding — we review the whole landscape for your building.
We check and apply
Funding rules, application forms and evidence requirements change continuously. On request we handle the full application support: we choose the right programme, prepare the technical evidence and guide you through to approval. We make no blanket promises — but a concrete strategy after the stocktake.
