iSFP sample report — what the finished renovation roadmap looks like
The iSFP report is federally standardised. You get a report that is understood by banks, funding bodies and contractors anywhere in Germany — and is still concretely tailored to your building.
Structure of the iSFP report
The report opens with the current energy condition: building envelope, plant technology, current energy demand and CO₂ emissions are presented on a clear double page. Then comes the target state after the roadmap is implemented — with a direct comparison of figures.
The core of the report is the measure packages: typically two to five internally consistent bundles, each of which can be implemented in one step. For each package, you see the included measures, their effect on energy demand, a cost band and the applicable funding paths.
Measure packages in practice
A typical example: "Package 1 — Building envelope" contains insulation of the top-floor ceiling, exterior wall insulation and window replacement. "Package 2 — Plant technology" covers heating replacement, hydraulic balancing and hot-water optimisation. "Package 3 — Renewables" adds a PV system and storage. The sequence is not random; it is optimised for interactions.
Typically, a technically well-tuned sequence delivers more efficiency and funding than isolated decisions.
What you actually hold in your hands
You receive the report as a PDF and in a printed folder. On request we add the stocktake with photos, building plans and calculation appendices. We can also prepare the contents as a resolution document for an HOA meeting or as a bank-ready file.
