Anyone wanting to renovate their home often faces a mountain of abbreviations: BEG, KfW, BAFA, iSFP. We shed light on the matter.
Individual Measures (BEG EM)
For individual measures such as window replacement or insulation, BAFA offers grants. Funding levels vary depending on the measure. With the iSFP bonus, the grant increases.
Heating Replacement
Special rules apply here. Those switching to a heat pump can receive attractive funding rates when all bonuses (base funding, climate bonus, income bonus) are combined.
Complete Renovation (BEG WG)
Those converting their home to an efficiency house are rewarded by KfW with low-interest loans and repayment grants.
